YouTube is expanding access to the Community Posts feature – previously only available to channels with more than 1,000 subscribers, now any user can keep their audiences updated with this feature. You can find it in the Advanced Features tab on the app.
Some good news for job-seekers on LinkedIn: verification features are being added to job listings. Here’s how the feature is explained: “When you see verifications on job posts, that means there is information that has been verified as authentic by the job poster, LinkedIn or one of our partners. The verified information will show whether the poster is affiliated with an official company page, has verified their work email or workplace, or their government ID was verified through CLEAR.”
And last in today’s small share of updates: Meta’s Twitter-like platform “Barcelona” is rumored to launch next month with a few select creators. The simple, text-based app will allow users to log in with their Instagram credentials, and allow text posts of up to 500 characters with links, photos, and videos up to 5 minutes in length.
That’s all for now!
